Disclaimer of Responsibility for Claim
(Troubleshooting Cards when there is a Problem): As a reseller, True
Telecom is not responsible and not authorized for troubleshooting your cards. You should call the toll-free customer service by yourselves.
All we can do is to provide you with the up-to-date customer service news we gained from
those companies so that you know what to do if there is a problem. As a end-user you
have a right to ask what is going on with your card and ask it to be refilled for the
mistake the supplier companies (not True Telecom, but the companies make the cards and
provide service) is responsible for. The technicians are able to track down each
call you made when you give them right information specified in customer service. It is
primary your responsibility to follow proper procedure for claims. True Telecom will
not be held responsible for any rejection of claims due to the nonobservance of proper
procedure. Note that some companies have specific time limit for
claims. For the claim procedure to follow, refer to the customer service

of the Appeal: If the customer service persons wrongfully unduly
reject your claim, we can appeal your case for you. Fill out all the questions in
the Claim Appeal Form and submit it as soon as
possible. We will take your appeal only after you first
talk with the customer service persons of the relevant company that is responsible for the
quality of the card. We cannot guarantee that they will take the
appeal, but we will find out whether he/she treated your case in the right way. If a
mistake is found on that representative's part, your appeal can be honored by that
company. Please use the "Claim Appeal Form" all the time.
Disclaimer of Liability:
True Telecom deny any liability due to loss or damage caused by defects in the performance
or non-performance of the cards we carry. True Telecom shall not be held liable
under any circumstances for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages,
including but not limited to loss of profits or income, arising directly or indirectly
form any action or failure by those suppliers (namely, WorldxChange Communications, Korea
Telecom America, Locus Telecommunications Inc. JDS, etc.)
Refund
Policy:
- We guarantee you money back or exchange on the card that has
not been used within 30 days after the purchase. However, 15% restocking fee
will be charged to any returned cards without a major problem.
- If the cards are unusable due to the discontinuity of the brand or
severe technical glitches, we will have your existing cards exchanged for other cards
in consultation with you, whether the card has been used or not within 30 days after
the purchase. After 30 days, you should contact the manufacturer to get refund
or exchange unless the manufacturer otherwise notify us.
- If the cards have some minor problems that can be fixed easily in
a matter of a few hours or a day, the technicians of the companies (WxC, KTA, LTI,
JDS, etc) from whom we buy cards will refill your cards for the mistakes they are
responsible for as long as the card does not expire. They will do their best to make
you satisfied. If you are not satisfied with the results, then you can appeal to
us. We cannot guarantee that they will take the appeal, but we will find out
whether he/she treated your case in the right way. If a mistake is found on that
representative's part, your appeal can be honored by that company. Please use
the "Claim Appeal Form" all the time.
