Call Quality Index: Very good (*****), good (****), neutral (***), bad(**), very bad(*).  This index may be subject to change periodically upon re-evaluation.  Call Quality Index include such factors as voice quality (i.e., clear crystal, echo, or noise), busy signal (one cannot get through the access number because line capacity is not enough), and presence of sudden disconnection.  It does not include customer service (How fast and supportive the customer service personnel?)

    Calls made using a toll-free access number on a local access card are billed at a higher per minute rate.

    A semi-monthly charge of 89¡Ë applies within 24 hours of first use. Calls to directory assistance incur a $1.50 charge (max. duration 3 min.).
