If you ever encounter a problem, the manufacturer of the cards will try its best to solve the problem.  There is a procedure for you to follow.  It depends on the card you have.


All Cards

For other cards, call the manufacturer directly or contact us (help@fonsale.com) depending on the card.  For the manufacturer's toll free customer service number, refer to "How to use."   In either case you need the following information ready.

  1. your card number
  2. Date and Time at the time of problem
  3. Exact story of what has happened
  4. Destination number when appropriate.
  5. Are you satisfied with the customer service of the company from which you bought the card?  If not, Please use the Claim Appeal Form to file a claim.
