If you ever encounter a problem,
the manufacturer of the cards will try its best to solve the problem.
There is a procedure for you to follow. It depends on the
card you have.
All Cards
For other cards,
call the manufacturer directly or contact us (help@fonsale.com) depending on the card. For the
manufacturer's toll free customer service number, refer
to "How to use."
In either case you need the following information ready.
- your card number
- Date and Time at the time
of problem
- Exact story of what has happened
- Destination number when appropriate.
- Are you satisfied with the
customer service of the company from which you bought
the card? If not, Please use the Claim Appeal Form to file a claim.
