Q1: Should I fill out "Registration Form" to buy cards from you?

A1: Absolutely No.  Once you choose one of the payment option and fill out the order form, you will receive E-phone card right away by e-mail.


Q2: How are you going to deliver a phone card?

A2:  If you choose 1. Quick Delivery by E-mail (Electronic Fund Transfer), we will send you E-phone card instantly (You don't need to send us any thing).
If you choose 2. Postal Service form, we will send you E-phone card after we receive your check.


Q3: Is it safe for Credit card on-line payment and Personal Check Electronic Fund Transfer?

Q5: Someone told me that there is no perfect, error-free phone card in the world.  Even AT&T/ MCI cards have problems.  Is that true?  What should I do if I have a problem with the card that I buy from you?

A5: It depends on the cards you have.  For EAST and GC, call the customer service as soon as possible for the best results.  As for all the other cards, contact us at help@fonsale.com.    Please refer to Customer Service section to know more about the procedure.  In that section you will also find some helpful tips when you encounter any kind of problems.


Q6: Is it possible to cancel the ordered phone cards later in case of a reasonable situation.

A6: It depends on the situation.  Once you got the phone card number, we assume that you or other people can reveal the number later. However, in trust, we will cancel the on-line credit card or on-line personal check transaction in case of reasonable situation.
